I had such a fun time teaching these girlies! Learning the fundamentals of Pilates takes a lot of patience and internal connection to the body. Personally, I like to teach the fundamentals in the first few sessions before jumping in to more complex movements and flows. Pilates is a craft- not a thoughtless activity. You shouldn’t feel completely lost or overwhelmed in a session if taught properly.
