House made salted caramel sauce, brown sugar cinnamon syrup perfected balanced with espresso and milk topped with whip cream made in house and no doubt purple sprinkles. Warm weather has returned! Wishing spring into existence ? We love our trademark beverage the Stella which is a 1:1 ratio (espresso to water) iced americano served up. What’s the difference between a Stella and an iced americano? Less water to maintain the flavor of espresso. In addition, it’s chilled and strained so there is no ice to dilute the beverage. Lastly, flavors are at peak flavor intensity around room temperature—that’s for hot drinks and iced drinks. Therefore without ice this drinks integrity is upheld and as it sits the flavor is intensified. Test out the theory and experience it! Keep in mind we always have 2 espressos available to choose from!
