When people think I only do banded exercises ???? and for the record banded exercises and isolation exercises are still optimal and can help you with so many aspects of training and help you grow If I do a banded superset it doesn’t mean I haven’t lifted heavy before. It is important to consider the training volume of the week as each training programme is different and can include days with heavier or lighter loads depending on what is planned for the rest of the week. You need a mixture of different exercises, reps and sets to help you reach hypertrophy but not only this, someone’s training style can also include injury recovery+prevention, mobility work and so much more.
