15 Minute Healthy Dinner Ideas ? 

Garlicky buttered shrimp with crispy sweet potato chips & my kale detox salad! Make the below for you & a loved one ?

Sweet Potato Chips:
1 sweet potato, thinly sliced 
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Pinch of sea salt 

Directions: Preheat air fryer for 2 minutes at 400 degrees. Meanwhile, toss your sliced sweet potatoes in oil and add salt. Once done, pop them in the air fryer and cook both side for 6-8 minutes until golden brown! 

Salad:
4-6 c Kale, destemmed 
Green bell pepper, cherry tomato, red onion, sliced 
1/2 Avocado, cubed
Basil & cilantro, chopped 
2 tbsp hemp seeds 

Dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil 
1/8 c balsamic vinegar
1/8 c red wine vinegar 
1 lemon juiced 
1/2 tsp honey 
1/8 tsp chili powder 
Sea salt/black pepper 

Directions: massage kale with dressing. Add remaining ingredients & set aside! 

Shrimp: 
1 lb raw, deveined/peeled shrimp 
1 tbsp grassfed butter 
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
Pinch of sea salt 

Directions: preheat a large skillet on medium low heat. Once done, add butter. Once melted, add shrimp & seasonings. Cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes until pink all over! Make sure you don’t over-cook or else it’ll be rubbery ?
