Nearly chopped my finger off making this soup so I hope you like it ???????? tarif aşağıda/ recipe below ???? Ingredients - 750g pumpkin of your choice (I used a mix of butternut squash and Hokkaido pumpkin) - 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped - Olive oil - 650ml vegetable stock - Coconut milk, for serving - Pumpkin seeds, for topping - Freshly ground black pepper Method 1. Prepare the vegetables: Peel and chop the pumpkin and sweet potatoes into chunks. 2. Sweat the veg: Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pumpkin and sweet potato, cover, and let them sweat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3.Simmer: Pour in the vegetable stock. Bring to a gentle boil, then lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. 4. Blend: Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth and velvety. Adjust the consistency with a splash of water or stock if needed. 5. Serve: Spoon into bowls, swirl in a tablespoon of coconut milk, and top with pumpkin seeds and a good grind of black pepper. —————- Malzemeler - 750 g istediğiniz balkabağı (ben butternut ve Hokkaido karışımı kullandım) - 2 tatlı patates, soyulmuş ve doğranmış - Zeytinyağı - 650 ml sebze stok/ veya tavuk suyu - Servis için hindistan cevizi sütü - Üzeri için kabak çekirdeği - Taze çekilmiş karabiber Yöntem 1. Sebzeleri hazırlayın: Balkabağını ve tatlı patatesleri soyup iri parçalar halinde doğrayın. 2. Sebzeleri kavurun: Orta ateşte büyük bir tencereye biraz zeytinyağı ekleyin. Balkabağı ve tatlı patatesleri ekleyin, kapağını kapatın ve ara ara karıştırarak 10–15 dakika kavurun. 3. Pişirin: Sebze suyunu ekleyin. Hafif kaynamaya bırakın, ardından altını kısın, kapağını kapatın ve sebzeler yumuşayana kadar 15–20 dakika pişirin. 4. Blenderdan geçirin: El blenderı kullanarak çorbayı pürüzsüz ve kremsi hale getirin. Gerekirse kıvamını biraz su veya sebze suyu ekleyerek ayarlayın. 5.
