Sisssss. Would you ever? Have you ever? When I say the humble onion works for regrowing edges and thickening hair I tell no lies. It's the sulfur content. Remember your hair is rich in sulfur disulphide bonds and therefore sulfur is needed to generate new hair strands. ⁠

Chime in below with your experience using it, also if you have any tips to help with the smell. Mine would be add lavender and rosemary essential oil. This not only helps with the smell it enhances the follicle regeneration benefits found in onions.

My happiest place. First soft frosts this morning so I am busy harvesting the last of our frost tender crops. Being in this space is a reminder of the metamorphosis and growth that can come in just over a year. Lock down took me from house plant killer to a garden obsessed grower of food. I am so grateful for all the lessons that can be learned from the pruning, pests, weeds, rain, death and new life. It's been the best therapy and life classroom. ⁠

#AD Jaiyah's love language is quality time. I think as mums we can so often get wrapped up in the next practical task that we need to do to take care of our family and before we know it the day has swept by and we have taken care of every chore on our to do list, perhaps all the while being in the same space as our children without actually having any quality time with them. I cannot be the only one right? ???????? If you can relate. Lately I have been working on being super intentional with protecting our quality time and making sure her love tank is filled by speaking to her in her love language - QUALITY TIME. That kind of nothing else matters, I see no one else but you kinda time. Almost all our carved out time involves an element of food funnily enough.⁠⁠

Today I surprised her with a @McDonaldsUK Happy Meal®, she loves the Veggie Dippers. It normally goes down well on its own but this time it’s in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Mr Men and Little Miss, she got a Little Miss plush toy and I got a Mr Men and Little Miss book. If you would like to get your hands on one, they are available till 9th November, so that’s four more weeks you’ll have a chance to get your own limited edition Mr Men & Little Miss plush toy or book. Further to that, McDonald’s has removed all plastic in every Happy Meal, since its pledge announcement last year. Win Win! #ad
