2025 PA Nationals!!! First time stepping on the platform as a 69 kg lifter. Squat - 157.5 kg / 347 lbs Bench - 95 kg / 209 lbs Deadlift - 202.5 kg / 446 lbs Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect on the day for a number of reasons, but definitely not for all my third attempts to move that well ???? happy with how the day went as the main focus was just getting back into it and seeing where I’m at. Huge thanks to coach @shane_drozstrength for helping me get strong again and dealing with my shenanigans like going on vacation 4 weeks out ???? It was so nice seeing friends and familiar faces I haven’t seen in a while. The strength I witnessed this weekend was nothing short of inspiring. Happy to be back, excited to keep building ????
