What I wanted to exist, didn’t, So I built it. Kidding obviously. But for real, protecting your energy quiets the nonsense. The more intentional you get with where your time and attention go, the less room there is for noise… no fake urgency, surface-level friendships, pointless drama. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized how precious time is. It’s our only currency we can not make more of. Don’t waste it. You start craving peace over performance, depth over access, honesty over entertainment. And suddenly life feels lighter. Quieter. Clearer. Better.
