Life will always feel like a process of self-discovery until you decide to make it a journey of self-creation! I want to share some of my take aways from our NO EXCUSES challenge: 1. You first have to take care of yourself, before you can take care of anything else in this world. 2. Don’t stress yourself over progress, sometimes it’s enough to just exist. But never trying to get better for yourself, your loved ones & your environment, is disrespectful towards the blessing of being alive! 3. Time is the most expensive luxury in the world, it’s something you spend, never get back & you will never know how much you have left….! 4. The more you are yourself, the less you are in need of any outside validation. 5. If you can’t find gratefulness in little things daily, your happiness will always depend on the next paycheck, vacation or person you meet! 6. This journey of life is really just about comparing yourself to yourself! Use all the inspiration in the world, visualize where you wanna be & take (small) steps towards your future-self every single day!
