Battles ropes is a great exercise to burn alot without putting pressure onto your knees and back . In this video I'm doing variation of exercises but I would avoid anything that's high impact for someone suffering with pain . You can do this exercise standing or in a squatting position without any jumping at all and still burn soooooo much !
