A journalist asked District Attorney Chesa Boudin about Bailey’s arrest in San Francisco after his alleged role in a robbery, conspiracy, a parole violation, child endangerment and destroying evidence . Boudin said there wasn’t sufficient evidence.

I learned SFPD discovered on that incident, Bailey was in a stolen vehicle with GPS tracking. He was throwing stolen goods out the window. He was caught with a fake gun. He was wearing an ankle monitor during the incident & there was a 1-year old baby in the backseat.

Many have you have asked me how you can support Subhakar, the driver seen in the now viral video getting attacked by 3-female passengers with racial slurs. One grabbed his mask and attempted to grab his phone. Police told me one sprayed what appeared to be pepper spray in his car.

Cyan Banister was “appalled” by Uber’s actions of giving him $20 to clean his vehicle. They later gave Subhakar $120 after he explained detailing out the pepper spray would cost much more. She made this page to help with not just cleaning the vehicle but for lost wages & so he can take some time off.
