A Tide Lifts all boats… Doug Fruchey meant so much to so many people. During filming sessions, Doug would often say, “I want this post to give someone that “aha moment” where they figure it out. Likes and comments are cool, but really, that’s what matters. We have so much we can do to help people in their lives.” Doug whole heartedly believed his knowledge and voice could help other people who need it. To all our friends and family, thank you for joining us at Venice beach to celebrate the life of @dougfruchey. We as his family feel so loved and honored by all of you who were apart of the day. Your words, your hugs and kindness brought so much peace and fun memories. For those of you who wanted to be there but couldn't, it's ok, we totally understand felt your love and prayers. We would love to hear from you right here on this post! We love you. All of that to say, we heard today from our pastor @dougreid about two things; 1. We are all human and have darkness to deal with. We are not alone. 2. God made us and designed us as humans todo life together. - together with each other, we have to let others IN. Be vulnerable, be transparent know that your shame will only be conquered when you share it with someone you trust. - together with God. He is not mad at you, He sees you as His son or Daughter and He loves you deeply. If you are struggling with addiction we want to help you. Don't sit alone and be isolated. DM us, reach out to someone who cares- you CAN beat whatever is haunting you. Doug would say, DO THE WORK. We love you all more than we could ever say. Doug, we'll see you soon.
