Our #DowntownDetroit Perception Survey results are in! Released this week, this year's survey was distributed broadly to stakeholder groups regionally and within the city, including a mailed invitation to #Detroit residents for their important input. We want to point out a few key points below, but be sure to check out all results (link in bio) and let us know what you think. Your opinion matters. ● Approximately 90 percent of respondents in both data sets agree that Business Improvement Zone services (including cleaning, safety, hospitality, Downtown lighting and landscaping for residents, visitors and businesses) are important to the Downtown. ● 59 percent of Detroiters and 73 percent of regional respondents said their opinion of Downtown Detroit is more favorable than this time last year. ● 84 percent of Detroiters and 89 percent of regional respondents believe that Downtown Detroit offers a wide variety of activities and events.
