Hot take.. follow your heart. Love isn’t meant to break you. If it does, you walk out with your dignity and never look back. Grateful I did. Ps: love this trend. Both wearing @aloyoga #love #couplegoals #us #life #trend #alopartner

Reintroducing myself ♥️???? The first photo in this carousel was taken today—and when I looked at it, I felt like I finally became my full self. There’s something in that image that just feels like me. The woman that I became and that I m beginning to love and admire. So I figured… maybe it’s time to reintroduce myself. Some of you have been here forever (hi, I love you), and some of you are new, so here we go: Hi, I’m Eleonora and I’m 44. • I was born and raised in Milan, Italy. • I moved to the U.S. at 27 chasing the American Dream (LOVE THIS COUNTRY SO MUCH). • when I moved here I didn’t speak a word of English—learned it by watching Rock of Love. I wish I was kidding. • I lived in Manhattan for 8 years, then moved to Jersey because I was obsessed with Jersey Shore and Real Housewives. AGAIN, I WISH I WAS JOKING. • Step aerobics was my first love—at 19, I competed in the national championship in Italy and placed second. • I have a degree in fashion design and was a professor at the New Academy of Arts in Milan before moving here. • I came to the U.S. to study dance… and ended up building a full-blown fitness career. • I teach at list 5 hot classes a day and run retreats all over the world—especially in the desert, my happy place. • I’m kind of infamous in Jersey for being a savage teacher that blast 80’s hair metal in her classes—but I swear I can be nice. • I earned an O-1 visa for extraordinary ability in fitness (I now have a green card). That is one of the proudest things I’ve ever done. • I have 3 naked cats, a deep love for horror movies, and a full-blown leopard print obsession. • My husband is my rock. Weirdly perfect for me. • I speak openly about surviving domestic violence. Healing is possible and I’m living proof. • You can practice with me in New Jersey, in the desert or from anywhere in the world on @alomoves. And… I could be meaner ????. Just a reminder for those that love to come to take my classes in person ♥️ I love you all. Thank you for being here. See you in class ♥️????????

The other day woke up to a comment section full of “noise”. Cruelty, assumptions, words coming from places that clearly haven’t healed yet. Words that should never been said out loud. Honestly, I keep asking myself, when did disagreement turn into permission to write things like this on the page of a woman you’ve never even met? Then I did what I always do. I stepped on my mat and did something genuinely hard with my body. That contrast never lies. Strength is built quietly. Healing takes work. A lot of what shows up online is just pain looking for somewhere to land. And for what it’s worth, many of those comments struggled just as much with punctuation and grammar as they did with basic empathy. ???? It’s 2025. Let’s do better. ???????? The other day I shared a little holiday video of me and my husband. A simple celebration of us, of choosing love after leaving a relationship that once broke me. I wanted it to remind anyone who feels trapped that life can begin again. And then… the comments came. A whole parade of unhealed strangers who took my happiness as an invitation to announce how “terrible women are.” Not because they know me, not because they know my past, but because my joy brushed up against a wound they’ve never cared to heal. It had nothing to do with truth. It had everything to do with a woman choosing herself and daring to say it out loud. Apparently that’s still… controversial. Let that settle for a moment. And in this carousel, you’ll find some of the “best” comments I received, truly inspirational in their own tragic little way. Ps: I am proud of who I am and my commitment to healing and growth. All these people can go and love them self. But I am human, so of course it hurts. Let’s be kind. Let’s be better than this ???????? Wearing @aloyoga #nomore #confidence #selflove

Why do you leave and spend the holidays by yourself?” Because sometimes you need distance to hear your own heart again. Because healing happens in solitude, in quiet places with honest air, and on land that holds you without asking anything back. This has been one of the hardest years of my life. I had to become the person I used to rely on. I had to learn how to take care of myself so I could take care of my mom. And to do that, I’ve had to prioritize my mental health and my peace every single day — even on the days when all I could do was cry. For me, leaving during the holidays allows me to work through my heartbreak. It gives me space to grow, to find myself again, and to reconnect with the parts of me I thought I had lost. And although some of you might find it strange that I choose to spend the holidays alone, I couldn’t be more grateful to myself for having the courage to do it. So here are some of my favorite photos taken at CIVANA, the place where I escape for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I’m wearing Alo in all of them, a company that supported me through the hardest time of my life. If you feel like supporting them back, their Black Friday sale is live, and you can use the link in my bio if you feel called to shop.
