So often (for me) during pregnancy working out has nothing to do with “doing your absolute best” but instead just moving in ways that has you FEELING good. Relieving small pains and discomfort and encouraging optimal blood flow. Mobility and light movement is my best friend during pregnancy. I still hit my weighted workouts and pregnancy safe Pilates. But everything flows at a much lower intensity, which feels perfect for where I’m at @movewithus
