Full day of eating to stay strong, lean and feel energized ✨ - I wanted to share this purely so you guys could get some meal ideas! ???? - Priorities for my nutrition: ????get in 140g protein to maintain muscle ( around 40-50% plant based/ not meat) ➡️ eat foods that offer have antioxidants / are anti inflammatory several times a day ???? get in 20-25 g of fiber or digestion ???? get in at least one fruit that has vitamin C (: - I’m eating around 2150 cal a day! My goal is to just stay lean and strong! Keep in mind this whole day of eating might not work for you specifically with where you’re currently on your journey ! A super easy way to make progress☺️✨ - Start telling yourself it’s easy.. Because it genuinely is. Stress is the number one killer of all progress. I’ve avoided talking about this - I told myself for so long I was a recovering people pleaser. ( I know y’all are out there) - But I wasn’t actually “recovering” I let The fact that I thought I was still “recovering as a people pleaser” Prevent me from setting boundaries From saying yes when I meant no. From not filtering myself. Posting content I WANTED to post From making decision for my health, heart and SOUL. - Until I realized.. I no longer have to be in recovery. I can simply just step into what I wanted to be NOW. - Making decisions for me NOW. Saying no, when I meant no. - But there’s nothing from stopping you from exactly what you want right now.
