MONEY TALKS If there is one topic no one likes to talk about, that is money. If there is one thing everyone likes to complain about, that is money. At least once in our bartender life we moaned about how little we get paid and how unfair is our wage. Pricing your work correctly is important for so many reasons, and it takes time to do it right. During my seminar in Budapest I discussed this topic, highlighting the importance of valuing our work as well as how to correctly quote a service provided. The plan is sharing my knowledge with as many people as possible, at bar show as well as social media, with the hope this can help anyone in hospitality not committing the same mistakes I’ve done in the past.
