The smell of overly ripe bananas is so not appealing to me. ?
Before that happens, I like to whip up a small batch of muffins or pancakes. 

These are so tasty and easy to make, the dark chocolate is the best. Let me know if you make them. ?

The Duck Walk. It is a weird one and was probably my least favorite implement when training for Strongman competitions.

1. You're going to get beat up.
2. You’re probably going to make the worse faces.
3. You're going to constantly fight the weight from pulling you forward as you try to stay upright and waddle as fast as possible. 

But, it's truly a test of grip strength, stability, footwork, and core strength.

If you want to give these a try but don't have access to the implement, try a heavy kettlebell or DB turned vertically.
