Had such an incredible time this past weekend celebrating my brother’s @itsryanfisher wedding and officially welcoming @lizlovery to the Fisher Family. Family has always been a big part of my life. I know I’ve been extremely blessed with mine—they challenge me, love me, and guide me through this thing called “life”, and have been the biggest influence on the man I am today. I’m extremely grateful that this family of mine keeps growing!

It’s been a while...⠀ ⠀ Let me share a bit on why it has been over 18 months since my last post and what I’ve been up to. ⠀ ⠀ A silver lining to the current world situation is that it has provided me with the conditions to re-examine my life—my family, my friends, my career, my beliefs, my identity, my attitude. ⠀ ⠀ I also realized that the true war going on today is a “war on our mind.” Psychological warfare that when done right is subtle, enough to go by unnoticed. Its tools being distraction, division, confusion, and isolation. And for this reason, among other things, I decided to step away from social media for some time.⠀ ⠀ Well, it has been nearly a year and a half since my last post and a lot has changed. I left my home state of California for somewhere I can live more free. I became a student of history, economics, philosophy and self-help, which has caused me to read more books than I’ve probably ever read in my entire life over this time—twenty one and counting. I’ve reignited my inner flame and passion for health and wellness. Much credit to @robinsharma and his book The 5am Club for this, as I can easily say was the most impactful book of my life. I meditate and fast daily, and even bought my first firearm. ⠀ ⠀ I guess you could say I’m trying to become a modern renaissance man—one who focuses on BUILDING, CREATING, and BECOMING.

Bangkok you were fun. ✌️ days was just the right amount. ????
