I came to the hotel expecting standard good service. I didn’t expect this level of care, attention to detail, and amazing service. I have stayed at many fine properties over the years, but I have never experienced anything like this place!
It’s hard to put into words and I won’t call it service, rather you feel as if you are part the Grand Hotel Tremezzo family. The hotel staff get just the right amount of personal, in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I also wanted to shoutout the food and beverage manager, Pio and his staff.
