Physique Update ???? Currently in the post-cycle recovery phase for another 2-3 weeks, depending on how my body feels and progresses. The focus right now is on ensuring full recovery and maintaining as much quality muscle as possible. ????️ My current morning fasted weight is 115kg, and once recovery is complete, it’s time to shift gears and move into a solid off-season push phase with a goal weight of 118kg while keeping this level of conditioning. At 5’9”, hitting that mark will set a strong foundation for the next phase: leaning down for the show. ????
