So- life update, the reason I’ve been off social media for the last 1.5 months is that I badly broke my ankle in multiple places & had to have surgery. I will definitely tell you more about what happened soon. In the mean time, My doctor said I have to eat healthier while I heal- so I’ve been trying to add healthier foods into my diet-which is why I’m making a light, delicious pasta with Vinny Pastore sauce today. I’ve discovered the secret to liking your job— working POOLSIDE? It’s been a real game changer to be able to read scripts & meeting materials on my @barnesandnoble Nook poolside. Sure beats my office.? And I recommend getting one today because it’s on sale for $40 off through tonight (making it only $159.99!!) I tried working on my My iPad a few times at the pool- but it always had too much glare to read without squinting. And I like that my #Nook is waterproof. So- never thought I’d be an eReader person but I highly recommended it if u want to work but feel like you’re on vaca at the same time. That’s super nice in the dead of winter. Anyone else trying to get healthy Pre-Holidays? ________ I woke up a few weeks ago and just felt super crappy- hadn’t been sleeping well, working out, or eating right for like months. Decided then and there I wanted to make a change pre-holidays and get healthier. As part of that— I have been trying to run a few times a week, add in waist toning exercises, and take vitamins to help rebalance my system. One of the vitamins I’m super happy I added back in is Vthrive The Vitamin Shoppe brand’s Wild Alaskan Fish Oil (the brand is a premium line of vitamins and supplements from @vitaminshoppe).
