Meet the Harris Tweed Hebrides Artisans. The Harris Tweed Hebrides team was honoured to attend the spectacular #DiorCruise 2025 show and represent the 70 mill workers and 120 home-weavers all involved in the creation of our beautiful Harris Tweed® fabrics. We were extremely proud to see our handwoven creations feature so prominently across the collection. Maria Grazia Chiuri’s use of local craftsmanship in her collection promotes traditional Scottish textiles on a global stage. From the outset, mariagraziachiuri demonstrated a deep appreciation for the Harris Tweed® industry, curating bespoke designs with a profound respect for the artisans and their heritage. Maria Grazia Chiuri said “What sets this fabric apart is the unique process where the wool is dyed before spinning, enabling a rich blend of colours to merge into the yarn, resulting in a textile of remarkable depth and complexity.
