I *do love* this IG trend! Especially since I’ve been off here for far too long, and I’m trying to get back to it ????. Can you relate to any of these?! A little about me…. Unfortunately, I do love: ☄️Having a place for everything and everything in its place. ☄️Making endless to-do lists (and then working my hardest to cross everything off). ☄️Being upside down. ☄️Hearing a song lyric in nearly everything my children say, and then singing them that song. ☄️Working for myself. ☄️Saying yes to giving my time to organizations who do great things, when I don’t have time. ☄️Constantly renovating our home (sometimes by choice, often not). ☄️Trying to give 100% of myself to everything I do (I can only stretch so far). I also love reading books about witches, werewolves and other supernatural creatures when my brain needs a break, singing any time / all of the time, watching Grey’s Anatomy on repeat, organizing anything and everything, trying to “fix” anything and everything; non-toxic everything, and @crossflow_yoga all day, every day ????. Fall check in: how’s your balance? I don’t mean your ability to not fall on your face, I mean your ability to balance all of the demands in your life with rest. I like to say in my classes that if you can support yourself with your own two hands on your yoga mat, you can support yourself in life. That doesn’t mean you should, though. Humans are social creatures. We were never intended to live life alone. Rest any chance you get (no matter how insignificant it can feel, or how *lazy* it can feel). And, lean on your people.
