Hiii, I’m Lisa ??

I’m feeling called to share a special message. One of acceptance and trust.

I’ve been on this “ride” since 2012. I’ve dabbled here and there and always judged myself for jumping from one thing to the next.

I would call my business a hobby in hopes people would be more proud of me. I went through university to become a registered nurse, graduated and moved to Ottawa for full-time work.

I left work everyday depleted. On off days I’d hibernate and create jewelry (my business hobby LOL).

My “hobby” ended up being a bandaid for avoiding my emotional shutdown. I was burnt out from work and was only in my mid 20’s.

I went part-time, took a month off work to study Yoga and become certified (after of course, what I like to call a “running binge” where I ran my body into a sickly bunch of sticks which ended in an injury).

The work hiatus worked for the short-term. The yoga helped clear my mind to truly understand what I wanted.

Ok, back to acceptance and trust.

For years, I did not accept my worthiness (my business). For years I didn’t accept I had a problem (my emotions or lack thereof), and for years I struggled.

What I lacked throughout these years was trust - In who I was, in my capabilities, in my limits and boundaries.

This is no fault of my own. I wasn’t and maybe you weren’t either, taught how to trust in who we are.

Today, I have both acceptance and trust. Some days they waver - hello, I’m human & and the ebbs and flows are part of the human experience.

But today, I have a gift. I get to see who I am and how I’m designed to show up in a way that is MINE. I have the gift of understanding.

My undefined heart.
My undefined solar plexus.
My undefined g-centre.

??they are now filled with so much wisdom as I navigate my journey.

Human Design isn’t an instant fix, it’s a navigation.

We innately know who we are. It’s within us.

We know what direction to take, what comes next, what we enjoy, our gifts.

Many of us spend years searching (myself included) to find it. One reason the coaching industry has blown up is because people are yearning to find themselves.

I started coaching in 2020 after investing 20k + in courses, coaching and treatments from healers.

I, myself, yearned to empower others to feel worthy, to understand themselves or simply give them skills to build upon. I soon realized, I could make more of an impact by sharing the modality that shifted me the most.

It allowed me to remember. I’m no longer available for temporary fixes, I’m here to allow you too, to remember.

I am here to allow you to be seen and heard, to feel understood. You need trust in yourself, not me.

I may have the information but you allow the shifts to come. You seeing your authentic self on the pages within your Divine Navigation HD Reading & then putting them into practice, is where the magic can happen.

Human Design. It allowed me to remember who I am, to shift, to grow, to decondition, to unlearn, and to form new beliefs.

Re-learning. It’s a thing in adulthood.

We are re-learning what it means to truly be ourselves.

When I began to struggle working full-time as an Registered Nurse, I noticed the process begin for me. I felt a void within me, one I couldn’t seem to fill. I would spend days off drinking with friends to distract myself. Nothing changed (I mean, DUH).

As I repressed my emotions, I became more empty emotionally yet filled with rage. I could flip a switch at work and be productive AF but as soon as I left a patient room, I would snap on my colleagues - I was rude, dismissive & needed help.

I was called out by friend & made changes. I took up hobbies I believed would help me de-stress like running but with a body already burnt out, it was a only a temporary fix. I found yoga & then decided to become a yoga teacher.

Through that journey (and still working as a nurse but now part-time), I began meditating, I was more intentional & aware, I started investing in myself.

It worked.

Temporarily.

The above happened in the span of 3-4yrs.

When I look back now, I see where my authentic self was conditioned, where I was trying to be someone else, where I was filling voids out of disparity and where I was functioning out of should’s and not following my desires.

Reading books because they worked for someone else. Running because I read somewhere it was a good for you, taking courses because it “could change my life”.

I never tapped into me. I didn’t have the tools to dive deeper. I do now.

I understand my high frequencies and when they dip low, I’m aware. I can spot my conditioning. I’m re-learning what it means to be me.

I’m doing this through the information I access from my human design chart. I also do this for my clients privately and within readings.

Re-learning takes as much time as we desire it to. The one thing it always starts with is awareness. Unlocking who we are to our core and understanding how to navigate back to our authentic self is re-learning at another level.

I’m booking readings and 1:1 private clients now. It’s time to bring more ease into your life, into the life of the one who’s ready.

Shout-out to the Emotional Authorities!

Just a quick recap that our authority within human design is how we are built to make decisions.

Unlike sacral authorities that have a quick yes/no response, emotional authorities do not have answers in the moment... let me explain ??

Emotional Authorities have a response within their body that creates an emotional wave - this wave can be felt very strongly or can be subtle.

The most important thing to remember as an emotional authority is to be patient and aware. Trust the wave will pass & when it does, you’ll have clarity to provide an answer.

What do you do when asked a question?

Here’s a great example:

Q: Hey XYZ, did you want to meet up for a hike next week?

A: Wow, that sounds great! Let me sleep on it and I’ll get back to you!

PSA: If you’re a non-emotional being aka have an undefined solar plexus, you may find that you take on the emotional wave of the emotional being (an emotional authority) while in their presence.

Part of my journey has been dipping my toes into different work, hobbies & businesses.

With an undefined g-center I follow my desires and allow them to lead me to where I’m meant to be.
