When I first imagined our Echo Bay cottage project, I wanted it to have a timeless presence as though it had always been part of the shoreline. Watching that vision take shape has been such a rewarding process. Beautiful architecture by @johnduerksen_architecture meticulous work by @harris.builders and a dream team of trades have made it all possible. The interiors are just around the corner, and I can’t wait to show you more.

✨ Reflecting on an unforgettable year! ✨ 2024 has been a whirlwind of big changes, celebrations, and exciting new projects for both my personal and professional life. From traveling (and attending the Eras Tour ????!) to celebrating our youngest daughter’s graduation and her exciting new journey at university, we’ve entered the empty nester phase with so much love and pride for both of our girls. This year, we made a huge decision to move to Winnipeg, purchased a lot to build our dream home (starting early 2025 with the incredible @johnduerksen_architecture and @harris.builders !) and had the honor of photographing my largest project yet – the Wellington Crescent home. It’s been an absolute joy to watch it come to life! On the professional front, we unveiled the new @jennaraecakes kiosk at YWG ✈️ (so proud to be part of that!) and continued to work on some amazing projects: a stunning cottage build on Lake of the Woods, multiple renovations, and some exciting commercial spaces. We were also humbled and thrilled to be named one of House & Home magazine’s Top 100 Designers for the second year in a row! Looking ahead to 2025, we’re gearing up to start our 3rd! Lake of the Woods cottage, embark on 3 new builds, and dive into even more inspiring renovation and design work. Here’s to the journey, the growth, and all the good things that 2025 has in store! ✨

Laundry rooms are one of my favorite spaces to design. We account for all of your storage needs so everything can be organized and put away. Which means you can display just the pretty things.
