One thing A lot have learned the hard way (myself included) is often you do not appreciate how well your body is moving until your injured or working out some issues.

The balance should be there.
-Lift to many weights in a Sagital plane and you often become very tight/slow and athletic performance will diminish.
-to much cardio and you will rob your body of muscle if your not creating enough stress on the muscle for it to grow. 
-only do yoga or stretching based activities and often can lead to being hyper mobile or as I call it (wet noodle)

The best thing you can be is well rounded. Being able to run,jump,
Twist,bend lift/throw accelerate and decelerate without any disfunction and pain. 

Listen to the body, understand the sings on what it’s telling you and hit your goals.

Am posting this post to have something I can look back on as one the point in my life we could come together as one For exercise and fun. Without having fear and coercion placed on us. 

I’m mentally done. Today showed me that the system is broken, the media is virus which works with those who are in its pockets. The good humans of what I used to love calling home is now broken.

In a land full of only showing people what you want them to see and hear I’ve learnt that not everyone is on your side despite following or “friending” you. 

I’ve made plenty of mistakes and tried to learn from them.
I’m not perfect but I try to be the best version of myself each and every day. 
I don’t know everything but I try to learn as much as I can. 
If I want something I work my arse off until I get it. 
I speak my mind which often gets me in trouble if people don’t like it, but I’m Fkn real, those I call my family are that and nothing will stop me defending my family. 
If your a good person I want what’s best for you. The more people at the top the happier/healthier and better we can all Strive to be. 
Help people, be good to those who are good to you and live life to the fullest it’s going to be over one day and you don’t get a reset button.
