Who else is a fan of either ketchup or hot sauce on your eggs? 🙋‍♀️ . #whatsonmyplate : • a slice of @canyonglutenfree mountain white bread, toasted and topped with @target Good + Gather unsweetened almond butter • 1 scrambled egg/egg whites + spinach, seasoned with pink salt + red pepper flakes + topped with @sirkensingtons ketchup • diced avocado . Disclaimer: there is nothing wrong with the yolks of eggs!! 🍳 I personally can’t tolerate more than one yolk without feeling gassy. 🙊 Yolks are filled with essential vitamins, amino acids, and healthy fats that our bodies NEED. MATCHA MONDAY 🍵 Ok, technically, this matcha latte was from the private tasting I did SATURDAY for a local babe-owned company. 🤷‍♀️ But they have me obsessing about matcha and wanting a latte errrr day. 🤤 . This is @thematchagarden’s signature Honey Vanilla Oat Milk Matcha Latte. Made with homemade syrup with REAL vanilla beans + local honey, it’s the perfect amount of sweetness. 👌 These super sweet babes are working on having a storefront soon (🤞), but for now are taking on private events. Cake for breakfast? Why the heck not! 🤷‍♀️ Especially when it’s this dairy/gluten/sugar-free ROOT BEER FLOAT CAKE. 🍰 . If you’ve tried my Lemon Loaf Cake from my blog (which is the base of this recipe), then YOU KNOW the texture of this cake is spot. on. Perfectly fluffy and (dare I say it?) moist 😝 thanks to the @zevia in the batter and glaze poured over the “poked” cake to allow it to soak it up. I mean, seriously you guys. MAKE IT. . #whatwentdown : • 1.5 C gluten-free flour (I used @bobsredmill) • 1/2 C @swervesweetie brown sugar substitute (can swap for coconut sugar or another granulated sugar substitute) • 1.5 tsp baking powder • pinch of salt • 1 large egg • 2 tsp vanilla • 3/4 C @zevia ginger root (which tasted JUST like root beer without all the sugar 💯) • 1/3 C melted coconut oil • optional: 3 scoops collagen to a boost of protein . Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, whisk egg + sugar substitute together till combined and smooth. Add vanilla, coconut oil, + Zevia and whisk again till combined. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, + salt. Add to the wet mixture a little at a time and whisk till smooth. (You can add another splash of Zevia if needed to help it along.) Pour into a sprayed or lined loaf pan; tap bottom on the counter to get bubbles out. Bake for 50-55 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. 👌 . Once done, mix together 1/2 C @lakanto monk fruit powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, + a splash (1-2 tsp) of Zevia till a thick glaze forms. Poke the cake all over with a skewer/knife and then pour glaze all over the cake. Let it set for 5-7 min. . Enjoy, beauties! 🥳 . #fitncleanmama #letseatcake

Winner, winner, SALMON dinner 🥇🍣 (let’s pretend that’s baked salmon, shall we? kthanks 😛) This BAKED LEMON SALMON with sautéed kale + zucchini and air-fried potatoes was heavenlyyy after a super long day getting things done. 🙌 . I try to incorporate salmon into our meals at least once a week for the healthy omega-3 fats. That’s #brainfuel you guys! 🧠 The rest of the time we eat chicken or turkey, with the occasional red meat. 🥩 As much as my body thrives off routine, it’s nice to change it up every now and then (esp around my cycle 🙃). . #whatsonmyplate : • baked lemon salmon, seasoned with pink salt + pepper, topped with thinly sliced lemon, and placed in a COLD oven before setting to 325F for ~20 min • @naturesgreens organic kale + leftover zucchini • air-fried baby red potatoes (recipe’s in my “meal prep” highlight bubble!) . Who wants the first bite?! 😛 . I had this BATTS (Bacon, Avocado, Turkey, Tomato, & Sprouts) SAMMICH for lunch today and it checked alll the boxes for me. ☑️ . I used @kimandjakesglutenfree a Veni Vidi Vici (olive oil, rosemary, + thyme) bun for this and it was legit perfection. 🎶 Sloppy jooooe, slop-sloppy jooooe 🎶 PLEASE tell me you guys know that song! 😆 This healthier sloppy joe recipe is one of my family’s FAVORITES, and there’s never a drop left when they’re done. 👏 . I serve mine on @bfreefoods gluten-free multigrain rolls, and the rest of the fam has fresh dinner rolls (toasted and sliced in half) from @publix bakery. I also served theirs with leftover fried potatoes (recipe’s a few posts back) and I opted for a crispy side salad. 🥗 . #whatwentdown : • 1 lb 93/7 (or 94/6) ground turkey • 1/3(ish) C @sirkensingtons ketchup • several dashes of Worcestershire sauce (to taste - I usually add a little more here and there) • @bfreefoods GF multigrain bun, toasted • side salad (romaine, matchstick carrots, boiled egg, tomato, cucumber, + a little mix of spicy brown mustard + champagne vinegar . I swear I could eat salmon every. day. of. my. life. and be completely content. 🙏 It’s just so satisfying! And all those healthy fats and protein are an added bonus. ➕ . #whatsonmyplate : • baked salmon, seasoned with pink salt + black pepper and put into a cold oven before setting at 325F for 18 min (20-25 for larger filets) • @naturesgreens organic kale, massaged with lemon juice + topped with grated manchego cheese (sheeps’ milk cheese, which is lower in lactose and doesn’t hurt my belly 👍) • sliced peeled cucumbers (peeling them makes them easier to digest) .
