Is #TBT still a thing?? Well, it is tonight. 9 years ago today I won the @crossfitgames NorCal Regionals!! Seems like yesterday and forever ago all at the same time. I feel so lucky to have been a part of CrossFit in the early years... when we competed at the fair grounds, could wear whatever gear we wanted and money/sponsorship wasn’t really a thing. We did it simply because we loved it. Such an honor to compete against the women I got to... memories I will cherish forever.
