During this time of uncertainty and being in lockdown, we really don’t have the luxury of going outside, travelling across the globe and being in different environments to make us feel better - the time and money we usually spend commuting, getting ready, going out, shopping etc. is now sitting with us at home during lockdown, so why not really take advantage of that and build yourself up for a more fulfilling and happy life?⁣ ????⁣ ⁣⁣ Slow down, appreciate more, the gratitude you can get from this current situation is quite incredible if you think about it… take time to be thankful for the simple things that you may usually take for granted, like food, shelter, family, warmth, water, internet, good health etc.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you’re fortunate enough to be healthy right now or even lucky enough to have a job and still earn a living from home, be grateful, maybe use this extra time to do the things that you love and enjoy, do /create the things you’ve been putting off for a while because you never used to have the time for it...⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Remember, what may look like a setback or a dark patch in life can actually be the most beautiful turning point, hard to see it when you’re in it but why not be hopeful, open up your heart and see the opportunities that lay right in front of you!⁣ ????⁣ ???? ⁣⁣ Take care all, stay well and safe at home! ???? ????⁣ ⁣ ⁣ (Yes I know I forgot to unflip the third photo ???? my bad)

Hello March! ???????? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ No video clips to go with this post I'm afraid, but there's not too much of a story behind this post tbh! This shot was taken whilst wondering around the streets of Ubud, Bali and randomly deciding to take a turn onto a path we saw off the main road, after following the quiet, nature-filled path, it lead to this nice little Balinese doorway lit by the natural golden light - a perfect little picture opportunity!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I hope March brings you all... one, better weather to all you Londoners/UKers! ☀️ (The weather has been a bit annoying lately!) ⛈ and secondly, more opportunities for you to explore where your intuition guides you! Consider taking the odd step out of the ordinary, maybe onto roads leads travelled, or trying something new and out of your comfort zone...you never know, it could guide you onto a path leading up to a beautifully lit doorway of opportunities right in front of you???????? Behind the Moment ???? ????⁣ ???? ⁣ Going through all my photos and videos, I've realised that only posting one shot doesn't really share much about the moment, so I've started making these mini clips with the footage I have to tell you a little more about my experience! ????⁣ ⁣ Vang Vieng is a small riverside town in Laos. We pretty much did nothing but chill out there but on one of the days we decided to hire bicycles for about £1.50 for the day and just cycle around the town. ???? ⁣⁣ We ended up just following random dusty trails and found ourselves in a plain open field with a scenic backdrop of some really cool limestone cliffs…and as you can see we were also welcomed a herd of cows that appeared out of nowhere ????, they we’re approaching us close and closer, so there we decided to stop, just hang out, take a few photos and just enjoy the little adventure! ???? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ????: @ic.escobar⁣⁣ ???? : @machesuite Filter & Effects ⁣⁣

The train rides were one of my favourite experiences in Sri Lanka. Although you sometimes have to deal with uncomfortable seats, long waiting times and hot stuffy air, I'd totally recommend travelling like a local when visiting a new country, it really gives you the opportunity to experience the raw beauty of it! ????

Just reminiscing this peaceful break at @roostglamping last year...I miss South East Asia so much ❤️????⁣ ⁣ My weekly call with @travelwithmi_____ and @ambassadorofselflove today was a massive reminder for me to evaluate how I've been spending my time these days...Lately I've been working back-to-back, getting buried under spreadsheets and numbers that I've lost touch with my creative and passionate side, which I miss so much! ⁣⁣ So I'm going to challenge myself to switch up my routine and try different things in my free time instead of overworking. I've also got to remember that breaks are necessary to recharge, reconnect with myself and with others! This post is a little reminder / note-to-self.⁣ ???? ⁣ Thank you Ana @ambassadorofselflove and Mischu @travelwithmi_____ for always being so supportive and inspiring. ????I can't wait to reunite with you both in the tropics again! ????
