Today is the start of #mentalhealthawareness week...

I’m not usually someone for talking about my mental health on here. As I feel like I have to portray this perfect life & positive attitude 24/7 as that’s what I am known for. But we all know that’s not the case.

Looking at me from your TV screens it will seem like I’ve always been really happy & as if nothing has ever phased me. But there has been times where I’ve really struggled over the years & always tried to put on a brave face & brush things whilst keeping things to myself. Which is the worst thing I did.

If there’s anything I’ve learnt over the years it’s that talking to people & sharing your issues with friends & loved ones is the best thing you can do.

I am not looking for any sympathy with the post I am just trying to spread awareness as it’s what this platform is here for. This last year in particular has been tough for everyone in the whole world due to Covid. Your Mental Health should always be a main priority for you & it’s now more important than ever to make sure you are okay. We are all human & will all struggle at times. Even this last year I have found things really tough. So please if you are struggling make sure you talk to your loved ones & friends.

After 17 years, today we said goodbye ?You’ve been my little buddy through thick & thin over the years & I can’t thank you enough for the happy times/memories you’ve given me. You’ve been my partner in crime & always been by my side to comfort me when ever I needed it.

I couldn’t have asked for a better companion & you kept fighting right until the very end. The memories I have of you I will cherish forever. Losing you is a big member of the family we’ve lost & I will always remember you.

How ever I’ve been finalising & getting plans in place for a HUGE project I’ve got coming in a months time.

I wish I could tell you more but when I say it’s big... ITS BIG ?

Taking some time away from social media is always good though guys so I know mental health week is over. But it’s a ongoing thing that should always be a priority. So make sure you focus on yourself & keep yourself busy.
