Cutting update! ???????????? When I got back from my month long trip to Jersey I was the heaviest I’ve ever weighed. I was sitting around 138 pounds and felt physically and mentally just very uncomfortable. I had completely fell off track while away & I promised myself that when I got home I would give it my all. It’s been a month and a half now and I am not only down 8 1/2 pounds, but I feel so good. So consistent. And honestly just Ontop of my shit haha. By no means am I equating losing weight with feeling good, BUT I feel so good sticking to a plan and showing up for myself compared to when I was slacking in NJ. I’ve been following a 3-4 day split (2 upper & 2 lower days), walking a minimum of 10k steps daily, tracking my calories & macros loosely & prioritizing my sleep, stress, and water intake. My plan is to continue cutting for the next month and a half and then maintain. My goal right now isn’t necessarily to get lean, it is so feel consistent and continue to choose ME. ????
