Raw, unedited. The picture on the left was taken on August 8 2020 after few months of covid. I was having hormonal problems (PCOS, low cortisol, low progesterone, my hair was falling and the list goes on …I also started having acne on my face!)
I was drained. I couldn’t take it anymore. 
Plus I reached my peak weight that made me feel heavy and low in energy. Luckily I still managed to put a smile on my face lol.

I tried to release stress in all possible ways (including all kind of meditations), I tried all diets. 
Ex: a cleanse which made me feel good for few days but then crashed. Also tried paleo- this was the worst 😂.

Fast forward, the situation I was in was the trigger to embark in this “transformation” journey. 

I always had my training on point but never had a structure to it. 
So I’ve put a plan to myself and most importantly a nutritional plan. Macros, calories… and yes I started tracking my calories which didn’t bother me at all; at the contrary it allowed me to know myself and my body more. To know my portions and get connected to my hunger cues etc.. 

I will not keep tracking for the rest of my life. Nowadays I use it as a tool whenever I need it to get back on track. 
For example now I am in a phase where I am not tracking.

So I got this amazing result that I am proud of 🙃 thanks to a structure in place: nutrition + training with consistency and patience. And I committed fully although there were ups and downs as well.
