This is my favorite season and you’ll find me mostly in nature ? I’ve been wearing @timberland since I was kid but this new Waterproof Garrison High Hiker boots are so dope. I can wear them in any weather, in the city, in the forrest and still look stylish at the same time ☝? My favorite aspect of the boot is it’s made with ReBOTL™ fabric lining, containing at least 50% recycled plastic bottles. That’s a win. ♻️♻️♻️♻️♻️ .#TBLCollection @timberland

Monday, Let’s get to work ✅

These are 7 things I do everyday to keep myself happy, productive and centered in order to master my craft. If I miss one of these things I know something is off. But on the flip side these habits have made me feel superhuman some days. Consistency is key ?

1. Wake Up Early - that in itself is a accomplishment. You get a head start to your day, it’s the best feeling. You immediately start your day with momentum. When you wake up late, sometimes you feel like you’re playing catch up the whole day.

2. Have morning routine
I do what it’s called the 20/20/20 that I learned from @robinsharma
20 mins writing , 20 mins meditation
20 mins movement, this morning routine completely changed my life. I do it everyday, and I see the difference in my day if I don’t do it. In this morning routine, this is where I set my intentions, gratitude and receive so many of my creative ideas & insights.

3. Keep phone on silent until you get your hardest thing done for the day. No distractions. I don’t look at my texts, social and emails until I complete my top 2 priorities.

4. Workout, yoga, lift weights, Pilates, go for a run, play a sport, Even if it’s 15 minutes. Consistency is key and it leads to more confidence. Bruce lee said “fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”

5. Do something you enjoy & connect even if it’s a 10 minute YouTube video, dance to music, sketch, take a walk, listen to music, read your favorite book, call a friend. Whatever joy looks like for you.

6. Do something for someone else. We are here on this earth to serve. Not to just receive but to give. Think of ways to serve others , even if it’s sending a edifying text or voice note to someone that is on your mind.

7. Prayer and reading scripture. This always centers me, just releasing my day, worries and desires to the creator of this Earth ??
