???? Over the years, little by little over time, I unintentionally started trying to make myself smaller to fit in to some odd ideal// form of acceptance from other people. Being a people pleaser and having this big platform where people could give their opinion freely on every little thing I did had a bad effect on me. Any time I felt like I was β€œtoo much” or β€œtoo this” or β€œtoo that” for people it changed how I presented myself a teeny tiny bit each time (this is embarrassing to admit TBH)… and over a long time span it all added up to a good bit. Not too long ago I found myself feeling confused on why I was minimizing myself to fit some sort of imaginary standard and it was really upsetting me. I lost myself a bit and had to take some action to work on it. Happy to say I feel so much better being 100% my authentic self lately - which is big & bold in pretty much every way! I’m going to always be a bit β€œtoo” _____ (something) for someone - and you probably will be too! But hey - that’s okay! Because the *right* people will accept you just the way that you are ????????

Renewed my membership to the 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣lb Squat Club!!!! ???? So stoked that my work paid off on this powerlifting cycle - hitting a 137kg/301lb Back Squat, 75kg/165lb Bench Press & a 143kg/315lb Deadlift in my max out! Proof is in the pudding that the @dynamicpursuit programming is the bomb. ???? Extremely proud of my lifting and my work ethic to get to this point; closing in on having a 1.5 year old & I’m now at 96% of my all time strength. ???????? Vlog with full footage to come ????
