Let that sink in.

Saw that quote the other day and it probably cut deeper than any other quote I’ve read.

I’ve been trying tons of methods to create a more productive lifestyle for myself, but the ONE thing that’s remained consistent is keeping a journal and unloading all of my daily thoughts. If I’m feeling down or unproductive, I can go through my journal and see EXACTLY what I was doing when I was at my peak, then quickly transport myself back to that mindset without having to start from scratch.

I use @dayoneapp (this is not sponsored btw haha) and it is a game changer.

I challenge you to try this out. Unload your thoughts, free your mind, get organized, open up to yourself.
