Facts… Yoga has made me better at CrossFit. CrossFit has made me better at Yoga. Both of these things have had such a huge impact on my life. Just for some fun today… handstand walking variations. ???? Can you walk on your hands? The trick is to always feel like you’re falling. A little bit of controlled chaos is good.
