"Make a portfolio filled with work you want to do more of. Making a pivot in your career path takes a lot of work [...] but is entirely worth it if you get to work on things you enjoy."⠀ ⠀ On this Monday morning, we're picking up some motivational words of wisdom from our interview with freelance illustrator, designer and animator, @masonlondon, AKA Joe Prytherch.⠀ ⠀ Although Joe's professional life after graduating began with a lot of commercial work, his portfolio of self-initiated, music-related work is what eventually propelled him into the design sector of the music industry.
