BOOTY WORKOUT!
1) warm up and activate those glutes! I chose to do a couple sets of high reps on hip thrust really focusing on mind to muscle connection.
2) Heavy hip thrusts - don’t be afraid of the weights ladies!
3) abductor
4) sumo squats on smith machine
5) reverse frog pumps using the smith machine - booty changer!!!
I finished off with some straight leg deadlifts with a kettle bell, booty session completed ✅
