y’all, I can’t tell you how much this early morning routine has changed my entire perspective going into each day. especially in the winter & colder months, my motivation to take care of myself & my priorities typically fades but this year is different — soooo different????I’m so excited to get out of the house & to accomplish what feels like the most daunting task of the day — I’ve grown so much in just a couple of months mentally & I really feared what this season would bring to me but oh man I’ve been crushing it lately????
