“Lowrider Tattoo was always a place I dreamed to work at and a goal I set when I first started tattooing to become a part of.
Always home to a talented crew and a legendary captain. This ship is unsinkable.
Almost 4 years ago I was lost and engulfed in hard times and darkness without many friends, I was very much alone with no guidance in my craft. The ray of light that lit the way to my future was first shined on me at the doorway to this shop. I learned so much laughed everyday and became whole again as a person and stronger as an artist. I started late in this craft but I have a long ways to go. But every story has chapters and for myself it is time to take on a new challenge. It is bittersweet to wave my goodbye but it’s more like a see you later. I owe my entire livelihood to this shop and the people here that have helped me grow to what I am. @steven_lowrider I still remember having that beer in Pasadena talking about starting here. @joselopez_lowridertattoo thanks for teaching me the one thing that fineline black and grey needs to be anything even close to good… late nights and little rest. I could never match your work ethic but to even taste a bit of what it takes to do this job along side of you has been something I will never forget when people ask me what it takes to tattoo. @jamkilla @josevillatattoo Thanks for always showing me how you guys do your thing and I took a lot of tidbits from you styles that showed me how to step it up a level. @chriscrooked thanks for leaving the door open for another korean to carry on the tradition of always having one korean in this shop lol @miguelochoa I’ll see you at school when we picking up our kids and when I first started coming here you showed me it was possible to tat with 1 paper towel. Lol @joshuablevins it was great to be your neighbor next room over you got that drive man I see you already getting farther than I ever did in work and travels. @tonantzin.1901 @dannyxbeltran you guys pulled a lucky card the future is bright for you guys keep that strong work up.
