Hey guys, Project inakaribia kukamilika. Kwa wale ambao mtakuwa interested na blog yangu mpya kwa ajili ya mazoezi tafadhali naomba ujitaarishe kwa kutafuta vifaa hivi. 1. Dumbbells- Nunua dumbbells za kuanzia 2kg mpaka 6kgs. 2. Kamba ya kuruka 3. Step board 4. Resistance bands. Nunua ambayo ipo light then ukishakuwa stronger utaongeza ugumu wa hiyo band. 5. Yoga mat. Kumbuka kuwa kama huna pesa ya kununua hivi vifaa sio lazma sana. Unaweza kutumia vifaa mbadala ulivyonavyo ndani kwako kwa mfano tafuta kitu kizito kutumia badala ya dumbbells. Au waweza tumia benchi au kiti badala ya step board. Badala ya kununua yoga mat waweza weka mkeka chini. Na kamba waweza hata kutumia kamba ya katani. Nenda na bajeti uliyonayo. Inabidi uelewe kuwa mazoezi ni sehemu ndogo sana ya kupungua mwili ila chakula unachokula ndio sehemu kubwa sana. Kwahiyo mazoezi haya yataendana sambamba na ratiba ya chakula kwa kila siku. Hard at work on a Saturday afternoon. Setting goals for next week and going through proposals. I’m very excited about this project. I have put everything into this project. It took me years to figure out what I really wanted to do with my life in terms of work and after a lot of soul searching I found my passion and I’m going all in. I didn’t care or listen to people waliokuwa wananisema kuwa nimesoma mpaka masters ila sifanyi kazi wala biashara na kwamba elimu yangu was useless. Sikujali maana nilishasikiliza sana watu nikawa nakurupuka na biashara ili nishindane na flani au ili niwafunge midomo, matokeo yake hizo biashara haziku last. Sikuwa na passion na hizo biashara, nilikuwa nazifanya just to show people I’m hard working. Kufanya kazi kwa mtu nilishasema big No. Im putting my energy into building my own empire not to build someone else’s. I took about 5-6 years off bila kufanya kazi wala biashara, I took the time to think really deeply and take my time with my next project. Hii ndo project ya maisha yangu.
