11 MINUTES A DAY. . ••• Just one post and a few stories plus replying to a few messages took exactly 11 minutes a day. . ••• I realised that not all the time spent browsing my social media accounts are productive. ✖️SHOULDERS giant set finisher ✖️ ?SAVE for future reference (you won’t regret it). ?TAG someone who will benefit from it. ✈️SHARE with someone who needs some shoulder punishment. . ••• A1 Lying cuffed laterals - 12-15 reps. A2 Top half DB laterals - 10-12 reps. A3 Lateral partials - 10-12 reps. A4 Spider crawls - failure. ••• Repeat until your shoulders look like 2 giant atlas stones. ••• For the spider crawl exercise use a short band and push your wrists out, then walk up and down changing your hand position frequently.
