UNITED STATE OF AMERICANS. We raise the flag today higher than ever before because despite of past or present injustices we believe in America and the values it proclaims to represent of Freedom and Equality for ALL. When singing the anthem we sing for the manifestation of that ideal and vow to help America reach it through us THE PEOPLE. The road to social Justice is long but this is a country an American born Texas boy @jinooguns and American born Ohio boy @matt_mcgue who 100 years ago would be decreed from birth as enemies by the color of their skin, can now be BROTHERS. They always have been, it is simply that a vail of illusion has been lifted from their eyes to now see it. The awareness of our oneness as humans is the center of our moral compass because u can not claim to have moral ground if it does not extend beyond yourself and your "tribe", true righteous thinking acknowledges that "Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice everywhere"(MLK). Dwelling in a state of emotional victimisation and separation from each other we become inefficient in reaching our greater goals as a society. Yes, we should honor our heritage and never overlook injustice as they need to be named but while WE THE PEOPLE argue about past injustices corporate forces who put money into our political institutions empty out our pockets and corrode our rights without us noticing. We are kept occupied and distracted in mutual blame and fear as that is the state we are the least powerful, we are divided thus we are conquered, making us weak as citizens of a nation under the false narrative of making us stronger in our individual "identity". The story of #America is still being written and it is up to each and every one of us to make it a story of transcendence. We will transcend from the low fisted hand into the the high one caressing each other in brotherhood, because we are so much stronger together then we can ever be apart. We can not accomplish anything without discipline of the mind and conviction in our causes and nothing is worth accomplishing without #LOVE for each other as it is the key to our true and deepest happiness. #july4 #courseinmiracles #antiracism

Big announcement: After 13 years I am closing my NYC photography studio and moving to Israel for a while due to family issues relating to my fathers health. I am unsure if this will be only for a few months or a longer period, I want to thank anyone who has supported me my art and my business over the years and all the great clients and professional friendships I have forged while working in beloved studio space. I will be getting rid of alot of my personal possessions and will be posting them up for sale cheap. Also I have about 35K worth of studio and lighting equipment including #Profoto power packs and heads and I am interested to see if any professional photographer in NYC would like to take on my equipment in return to a small monthly rental fee, this type of equipment would cost hundreds of dollars daily to rent from Adorama or another rental places but I would request only a modest monthly fee and an agreement to keep it very safe and it be fully returned to me when I come back to the US.
