Another use for the rig???? I often get asked how I have good flexibility while also constantly training strength. My flexibility comes from 15 years of gymnastics, starting when I was 2. I’ve never not been able to do a split, and not gonna lie, it’s much easier to just maintain a split than to start from scratch at 30 years old. BUT, like with eeeeverything else, it comes down to consistency. I do some sort of stretching every day, even if it’s just sitting in the bottom of my squat first thing in the morning while coffee is brewing. I also don’t find that squatting heavy makes me less flexible. I find that INACTIVITY makes me stiff and less flexible. So bottom line…keep training and moving and consistently stretch and mobilize???? #notaheadkick #tuesday #flexiblelegs #flexiblediet #fitnessandfood #splits #mobility #training
