We paired with Fever-Tree White Grape and Apricot Soda Water to create a true Summer Spritz serve. We are incredibly proud of the Apple and Lemon Gin, it is a truly artisanal creation that will take you on a journey of gin discovery. Expertly pairing botanicals from the British countryside with sharp green apples, succulent lemon and foraged elderflower. For this creation green apples are distilled, with the liquid then rested on green apples for a further 7 days. On the nose mesmerising Apple greets you. It’s undeniably floral with hints of citrus and a strong end note of juniper. To taste Apple takes the lead, balanced by succulent lemon and fresh elderflower. The Apple is sweet to begin with but becomes sharper as the flavours develop, leading to lemon and juniper on finish. There’s no artificial sugars or flavourings, instead it’s a gin true to gin with juniper standing proud! We were keen to try our Apple & Lemon Gin in a Spritz cocktail, in particular with the newly released flavoured Soda Water range from Fever-Tree. We played around with the White Grape and Apricot Soda Water and found it worked oh so well with our Apple and Lemon Gin! Imagine a flavour profile that gives you orchard fruits and delicate sweetness along with heady ripe fruit notes, just delicious.... This is very easy to make at home also, see below.... Ingredients: 50ml of Apple & Lemon Gin 50ml of Prosecco 5-10ml of Sugar Syrup Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda Water Method: Fill a large wine glass with ice and add the gin, Prosecco and sugar syrup. Give a good stir and then top up with Fever-Tree White Grape and Apricot Soda Water. Garnish with green Apple and serve. Cheers!
