Giving up too early… Easily the most common question I get is how to lose belly fat or any fat in general. In this picture I had been dieting for 5 months straight. Sub 2000 calories, 60 minutes cardio, and only then did I start seeing my lower abs. All good things take time and you need to stay consistent and diligent with your training, diet and cardio to FINALLY see those abs. People in general are too impatient, including myself. The message is if you were in a diet and saw some progress get back on it and keep pushing. Do you give up too early! What’s always stopped you for seeing results?
