Honestly, because I live in an area that can be considered safe so I didn't expect my dog to be kidnapped?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Good thing he came back after two days? He was in a terrible state? (tied with a rope and he was trying to bite the rope so he could get loose) and I think he's been changing since then?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ He has become more expressive?, often barking like he is talking?, jumping over my bed to see things from the window?, and many other changes since he was kidnapped? I always love him like a family!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I don't want the same to happen to him? Absolutely amazing experience? to spend my day off to get body scrub + massage + milk bath at NO COST at all ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'd like to experience this again later this month ? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Oh, this Sunday, we are going to celebrate 'Nyepi' meaning 'to keep silent' or some people called it 'Silence Day' aka Balinese New Year day ?, do you know how Balinese celebrate the new year in a very very quiet way?? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Since it's pandemic, it won't be different from any other days tho ? but as usual, the main restrictions are no lighting fires (and lights must be kept low), no working, no entertainment or pleasure (usually the government will cut off the TV channels), no traveling (stay at home) in A WHOLE DAY?? It starts at 6 am and ends at 6 am the next day? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The effect of these is that Bali's roads are empty, no noise from TVs, limited access to internet and few signs of activity are seen even inside homes ? tourists here aren't exempt from the restrictions, they aren't allowed onto the beaches or streets, & the airport in Bali remains closed for the entire day ✖️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm going to visit my hometown in 2 days and I'm sooooo EXCITED to welcome Silence Day ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How's your week??
