I have the chance to be living in Canada since the beginning of COVID-19, and one thing I really started to love here are the polar bear plunges. In other terms, really, really cold swim or shower (8-12 Celsius). Not only this helps with any time of inflammation, but it also boosts your immune system (if done correctly), accelerates fat burn, cuts food cravings, increases hormone levels, helps you work on your willpower (clearly), etc... I am conscious that we don't all have a pound or lake at proximity, but even cold showers in the morning do the trick... Now, this is not easy, but once incorporated into your life, one can see the improvement.. is there any other health trick to help recover or boost your system that everybody can do at home? I will try to share more and more of those habits. If you are interested, let me know below, and if you think "cold showers" are 100% of a no-go for you, I'll find something else for the next one :) Ps: I think you can briefly spot an hazel in the video
