I found out that being in a positive emotional state is the strongest guarantee to achieve your goals and visions. Grinding in a bad mood doesn’t lead to anything.

 I start the morning with meditation and continue with the practice of gratitude - this charges me up with light and love ❀️ β˜€οΈ

 If during the day I see my state changing into a darker state (trouble at work, discord with a friend, bad weather), then I step back, take a breath and consciously readjust the reaction to circumstances.  Maybe just taking a few breaths is enough, or braking apart my thought patterns and getting into some positive affirmations or gratitude.

 What about those people who definitely need to eat something in the morning?  I often hear from my clients and friends that before doing a long workout, they need some kind of food / snack.  What should they do? Endure and suffer or postpone the workout to the evening?  Or eat something? ????????

 Intermittent fasting is certainly not for everyone.  But there are more then one way to do it. If you are one of those people who need to eat something in the morning, it’s okay.  Please don't torture yourself.  The main rule of this method is not to consume any calories 16 hours straight.  So you have an 8-hour window when you can eat all the calories you need for the day.

 Let's imagine that you had breakfast at 8 am - this means 8 + 8 hours = 16, which means at 4 pm you need to finish taking in  any calories.  If you are a social person who spends most of his day at meetings, in cafes, dinners, then this method is not for you.

 Some people prefer to have a delicious dinner, while others prefer a satisfying breakfast.  They just need to remember the 8 hour window rule. 
If you are advanced in intermittent fasting, then you can do a window of 6 hours or even less and 18 hours of fasting. (More for the male population)

Tell me, who is you best friend?

 Back in school I sincerely thought that everyone I communicate with is my friend.  But now, only very few people remained from this large circle of acquaintances.
 β €
 After that I thought my mother is my best friend, because she is the only one that always loves me.  But then I finally realized that there is only one person in life who will always be with me (from birth to death). It's me.
 β €
 As a creator, a driven artistic person I always scolded myself, was strict with myself, always tried to achieve more.  In addition I had very high standards for the appearance of my body, face, skin, and level of fitness.  Even my financials.
 β €
 I constantly thought about what I should achieve and at what age.  I always wrote myself a lot of goals for the day, but fulfilled only half of them, and then became disappointed with myself, judging myself harshly.
 β €
 Somehow it seemed to me that in this way I would achieve more, being so driven.  At one point, I realized that something needed to be changed.  To become your own best friend, you need to treat yourself like a friend.  You need to support yourself as a friend when you have difficulties, and not berate yourself. 
If you have failed at something, you need to tell to yourself: β€œNever mind, tomorrow is a new day, and you will try again, you will succeed”.

 If you are sick or sad, you need to support yourself, cheer yourself up.
 β €
 It is important to be as good a friend to yourself as you are to your loved ones and acquaintances. 
Since I made this decision, I began to write down my daily achievements at the end of the day.  And from the moment I started this practice, I realize how much I really do in a day, how many good things happen, small and big.

 Achievements are not only career successes, but also some personal small victories: I learned something new, met someone whom I haven't seen for a long time, did what I wanted for a long time, provided help to those who are in need.

I WILL MAKE A COMMITMENT

 As you know, I love to participate in challenges.  This time I decided to come up with one of my own.
 And I'll start it TODAY.
 β €
 I noticed that the introducing new routines has a beneficial effect on my life.  I achieve my goals faster when my time is organized in a specific order.
 β €
 I achieve better results, work more efficiently, and learn skills faster.  And most importantly: I don’t waste time.
 β €
 But this does not mean I won’t give myself any wiggle room.  You know, things happen and I won’t be too hard on myself if I have to deviate from the plan once or twice. But then I will jump right back on it. This is how it works best for me.
 β €
 But in general I have to say (after years of trail and error). As long as I have a plan - there will be a better result.
 β €
Okay - here is the challenge:  I will get up at 5am every day to do the following:
 ❕ 1 hour of self-love and spiritual practices;
 ❕ 1 hour of study;
 ❕ 1 hour of sports and physical activity.
 β €
 Only after I’m done with this routine I will start working.  This will give me the feeling of achievement before I even start!
 β €
 I plan to do this for 50 days.  After this amount of time, all actions will become a habit, and a part of my life.
 β €
 So, I officially DECLARE my intentions so that there is no temptation to cheat.  If no one knows, then there is no challenge, right? ????

 I am very interested in how I will feel;  what I will think of this rhythm of life after a while ...

 I just love to eat fruit in the morning.
 For some strange reason people are afraid of fruit! Somehow it managed to get a bad reputation in some of the fitness community. 
  Many people equal it with refined sugar! (I wrote about this earlier). Which of course is total nonsense. It ???? contains amazingly healthy trace elements and antioxidants.  Their percentage is especially high in berries.
 β €
So at the beginning of the day, I want to eat as much fresh food as possible and get tons of vitamins from different berries and fruits.  My choice always depends on the season and mood????

 Sometimes I replace the raw fruit with smoothies that I make myself or buy at my favorite places????
